Baikal Supports MCM Capital Partners Closing of Fund III

CN Fund Advisors LLC, a subsidiary of Columbus Nova MB, is pleased to announce Baikal’s investment in MCM Capital Partners III, a closed-end private equity fund based in Cleveland, OH.

CN Fund Advisors LLC is the manager of the Baikal Program. The Baikal Program aggregates accredited investor capital, and invests in middle market companies – directly as minority co-investors, and indirectly through equity and debt funds that invest in middle market businesses.

“While their impressive historical track record initially attracted us to Fund III, MCM’s focus on cultivating long-term, direct lower middle-market CEO/Owner relationships make their platform especially attractive,” notes Brant Murdock of Columbus Nova MB. “Their off-market, relationship-oriented sourcing approach consistently generates unique, niche investment opportunities at reasonable multiples. We are excited about Fund III, and toward contributing to MCM’s success through key introductions and connections from our diverse Baikal Platform investor base.”

“We are extremely pleased to have formed a partnership Columbus Nova MB and its Baikal Platform, who share our interest in lower middle market buyouts, and have a like-minded approach to generating long-term capital appreciation,” cites Mark Mansour, MCM Capital Senior Managing Partner.
