Park Ave RE (or “PARE”) Holdings, LLC, a portfolio company of Business Development Corporation of America, today announced that it has agreed to provide funding to support the 150,000 square foot expansion (the “Project”) of Custom Window Systems (“CWS” or the “Company”), an Ocala-based manufacturer of custom glass enclosures, windows, and doors. The $7.25M Project will allow the Company to significantly increase its Florida – focused production capacity with the goal of fostering the Company’s continued growth. The Project is slated to break ground in the first quarter of 2017 with the building expected to be complete by early to mid-August.
